We all want to be those people that are able to build good habits and to
maintain it for the long term. Good habits at work both as a manager as well
as an employees can improve our performance in a consistent way and can help us
reach our goals and be successful.

Learning the flexible mind idea and how we can improve its
flexibility.

The Current Situation

being aware of the current situation in terms of habits
and what works for us and what not.

Identifying the cost of each of our habits.

Setting Goals
a.
Setting goals in order to have some clarity about the
results each one of us would like to accomplish in the future.

Defining our top 3 habits that align with our goals.

Tips and Tools

Learning and practicing tips and tools in how to start a
new habit and to sustain it for the long term.
